Section-A
(Very Short Answer Type Questions) – अति लघु ऊत्तर वाले प्रश्न (अनिवार्य)
Note: Answer all questions. As per the nature of the question you delimit your answer in one word, one sentence or maximum up to 30 words. Each question carries 1 mark. 6×1=06
नोट: सभी प्रश्नों का उत्तर दीजिए| आप अपने उत्तर को प्रश्नानुसार एक शब्द , एक वाक्य या अधिकतम 30 शब्दों में परिसीमित कीजिये| प्रत्येक प्रश्न 1 अंक का है| 6×1=06
1. What is meant by a variable?
चर का क्या अर्थ है?
2. Who is the author of the book titled ‘methods in social research’?
मेथेड्स इन सोशल रिसर्च नामक पुस्तक किसने लिखी है?
3. Give the four objectives of pure research.
विशुद्ध विज्ञान के चार उदेश्य बताइए |
4. Define null hypothesis.
शून्य उपकल्पना को परिभाषित कीजिए |
5. What do you mean by qualitative research?
गुणात्मक अनुसन्धान से आप क्या समझते हैं?
6. Write the formula of median.

Section-B
(Short Answer Type Questions) – लघु उत्तर वाले प्रश्न
Note: Answer any four questions. Each answer should not exceed 100 words. Each question carries 3 marks. 4×3=12
नोट: निम्नलिखित में से किन्हीं 4 प्रश्नों के उत्तर दीजिए| आप अपने उत्तर को अधिकतम 100 शब्दों में परिसीमित कीजिये| प्रत्येक प्रश्न 3 अंकों का है|
1. Explain experimental research.
परीक्षणात्मक अनुसंधान की व्याख्या कीजिए |
2. Bring out the various sources of hypothesis.
उपकल्पना के विविध स्रोतों पर प्रकाश डालिए |
3. Differentiate between primary and secondary
प्राथमिक एवं द्वितीयक तथ्यों में अंतर स्पष्ट कीजिए|
4. Define tabulation. Show the types of table.
सारणीयन को परिभाषित कीजिए . सारणी के विभिन्न प्रकारों को दर्शाइए |
5. Discuss participant observation.
सहभागी अवलोकन की विवेचना कीजिए |
Section ‘C’
(Long Answer Type Questions) – (दीर्घ उत्तर वाले प्रश्न)
Note: Answer any two questions. You have to delimit your each answer maximum up to 400 words. Each question carries 06 marks.
नोट : निम्नलिखित में से किन्हीं 02 प्रश्नों का उत्तर दीजिए|आपको अपने प्रत्येक उत्तर को अधिकतम 400 शब्दों में परिसीमित करना है| प्रत्येक प्रश्न 06 अंकों का है| 2×6=12
1. What is the scientific method? Explain the main steps of scientific method.
वैज्ञानिक पद्धति क्या है ? वैज्ञानिक पद्धति के प्रमुख चरणों की व्याख्या कीजिए |
2. Show the difference between interview schedule and questionnaire.
साक्षात्कार अनुसूची तथा प्रश्नावली में अंतर दर्शाइए |
3. What is data? Elaborate the different types of primary and secondary source data.
तथ्य क्या है ? तथ्यों के प्राथमिक तथा द्वितीयक स्रोतों के विभिन्न प्रकारों की व्याख्या कीजिए |
4. What do you mean by case study method? Describe its salient features.
व्यक्तिक अध्ययन पद्धति से आप क्या समझते हैं ? इसके प्रमुख विषेशताओं का उल्लेख कीजिए |
