VITEEE Question Pattern:

All Questions will be of Multiple Choice Question (MCQ).
PART-I – Physics (40 Questions)
PART-II – Chemistry (40 Questions)
PART-III – Mathematics / Biology (40 Questions)
PART-IV – English (5 Questions)
Candidate attempting Physics, Chemistry & Mathematics is eligible for all the 18 B.Tech. Engineering programmes.
Candidates attempting Physics, Chemistry & Biology is eligible for only 3 B.Tech. Bio-stream Engineering programmes.
The selection of pattern (Physics/Chemistry/ Mathematics or Biology/English) has to be decided at the time of slot booking.
All the questions will be mostly from the State Board of Higher Secondary Education and the CBSE syllabus only.
Each part has 40 questions and English has 5 questions with each question carrying one mark.
Each question is followed by 4 alternative answers. The candidate will have to choose the correct answer and click the same.
No negative marks for wrong answers.

VIT Engineering Entrance Examination will be conducted on April 2019
The duration of the entrance examination will be of 2 hours 30 minutes.
Exam will be conducted in 3 sessions per day.
Exam Timings (IST):
I session – 9.00 am – 11.30 am
II session – 12.30 pm – 3 .00 pm
III session – 4.00 pm – 6 .30 pm
