Nandini Satpathy, 1951; 2 s.; Political and Social Worker; previously associated with Congress and Congress for Democracy; associated with Trade Unions and organisation like Bharat Sevak Samaj, Sri Aurobindo Society and Sri Aurobindo’s Action; Member, Fifth Lok Sabha, 1971—77; presently Member, Committee on Private-Members’ Bills and Resolutions.

Special interests: Watching and studying the evolution on the basis of Sri Aurobindo’s yoga and philosophy.
