Social activities:  Uplift of backward classes; underwent military training in Lok Sahayak Sena Camp at Secunderabad and awarded Sword of Honour and Certificate of Merit in 1953; also took training in Lok Sahayak Sena in Delhi in 1956 and was adjudged the best cadet.

Favourite pastime and recreation:  Billiards, Snookers, Tennis and Swimming.

Sports and clubs:  Shooting and races; Member Secunderabad Club, Secunderabad Race Club and Lions Club, Hyderabad.

Travels abroad:  U.K., Holland, Belgium, Germany, Switzerland, France, Italy, Egypt, Tan-ganika, ” Kenya, Uganda, U.S.A., Singapore, Australia, Fiji Islands, Malaysia, Iran and Lebanon.
