Social activities:  Connected with various Labour/Social organisations engaged in service of weaker sections and the poor through Revolutionary Youth Association; arranging marriages of poor girls without dowry since 1970; organised several public movements against corruption, helping unemployed youths in securing employments.

Favourite pastime and recreation:  Football, Volleyball, Badminton and Cricket.
