Amili Doley, April 22, 1943; 3 s. and 4 d.; Agriculturist; President, Assam Pradesh Congress Committee, 1972—77; Member, Assam Legislative Assembly, 1957 and 1962; was Parliamentary Secretary and later Deputy Minister for Forest, Tribal Affairs and Cooperation in Assam.
Special activities: Social work and welfare of Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes. Favourite pastime and recreation: Reading and travelling.
