Hon’ble Mr. Justice Harminder Singh Madaan
Born on August 4, 1961 at Jalandhar. Educational qualification : B.Sc., L.L.M. Practiced at District Courts, Jalandhar for about six years. Joined Punjab Civil Services (Judicial Branch) in February, 1990. Promoted as Additional District and Sessions Judge in the year 2000 and as District and Sessions Judge in February 2011 and served as District and Sessions Judge at Amritsar and Patiala. Was member of Punjab Legal Services Authority and Sikh Gurdwara Tribunal. Elevated as Additional Judge of Punjab and Haryana High Court on December 12, 2016.
