Delhi Technical University (DTU) is a pioneer University located in Delhi. It has a rich history started with its foundation on 1941. Government of India started this as Delhi Polytechnic College. DTU got its new name in 2009. Earlier it was known as Delhi College of Engineering. Delhi Technical University is one of the oldest engineering college in India. Admission criteria:
Delhi Technological University takes admission through Joint Admission Council Delhi. Admission based on JEE Main entrance performance. This centralizing counseling is done online. The selection processes vary from course to course. For B.Tech DTU selects candidates based on the All India ranks calculated after calculating total marks of JEE Main.
