Jodhpur, May 1, 1907; ed. at Rajkumar College, Rajkot and Mayo  College, Ajmer; m. to sister of Rajpramukh of Rajasthan; 2 S. and 5 D.; Landlord; President, Consultative Committee of Sardars, 1936—50; President, Advisory Board, Jodhpur, 1938; Counsellor to His Highness the Maharaja of Jodhpur (State Cabinet Minister with Home Portfolio), 1940—47; Prime Minister, Jodhpur State, 1947-48; Dewan, Jodhpur State, 1948.
