Jawaharlal Nehru University is one of the best University in India. The University was established in the year 1969 with a motive to bring education to people and to reciprocate their skills in their areas. The University is located at Southern Part of Delhi and spread over 1000 acres of land with different bio diverse species. The admission to the University is done through Jawaharlal Nehru University Entrance Examination. The University has all facilities including hostels, guest rooms, library, cafeteria, Hellen keller unit which is specially built for physically challenged candidates. The admission is conducted for following Post Graduate courses;

Eligibility

Candidate should have passed the entrance examination. The selected candidates from the entrance test are called for interview process. Based on their scores in written test and interview, the admissions for candidates are done. Candidates has to fulfill the following requirements;

  • Candidate must have passed 10th and 12th with a minimum aggregation of 55% marks
  • Aspirants must have passed B.Tech in their respective discipline
  • M.B.B.S or BHMS degree recognized by the Medical Council of India
  • Master’s degree in any science branch

Candidates who have appeared in NET examination are also eligible for Junior Research Fellowship. Candidates who are waiting for their results are also eligible. The candidate must attend an Interview process. At the time of interview, they have to submit their valid proof of qualifying or awarder JRF certificate. Candidates who have awarded Lectureship by CSIR/UGC are not eligible.

Syllabus

The questions will be of the intermediate level form Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics and Biology.

Exam Pattern

The questions are of Objective type. Answer them carefully as for every wrong answer negative marking will be awarded. The question paper is in English language alone.

  • Upload the photo and signature of the candidate
  • You will be provided with Registration Number
  • Create an 8 digit Password
  • Don’t share the password details
  • Keep the mobile number carefully as all the details will be sent to the mobile number or Email address
  • A confirmation page will be appeared in the screen to check the details
  • Take a printout for future reference
  • The fees can be paid through Credit/Debit cards, Net banking, E challan submitted to the nearby SBI banks
  • Admit card will be available at the time of examination. Enter the form no to receive admit card
  • Exam will be held in the month of April or May of every month. The result will be declared in the official website
