Section-A

(Very Short Answer Type Questions) – अति लघु ऊत्तर वाले प्रश्न (अनिवार्य)

Note: Answer all questions. As per the nature of the question you delimit your answer in one word, one sentence or maximum up to 30 words. Each question carries 1 mark. 4×1=04

1. (i) Who introduced the word ‘Sociology’?

Section-B

(Short Answer Questions) – लघु उत्तर वाले प्रश्न

Note: Answer any 2 questions. Each answer should not exceed 200 words. Each question carries 4 marks. 2×4=08

नोट: निम्नलिखित में से किन्हीं 02 प्रश्नों के उत्तर दीजिए| आप अपने उत्तर को अधिकतम 200 शब्दों में परिसीमित कीजिये| प्रत्येक प्रश्न 4 अंकों का है|

समाज एवं एक समाज में अंतर दर्शाइए|

3. What do you understand by structural functional approach?

संरचनात्मक- प्रकार्यात्मक उपागम से आप क्या समझते हैं?

4. Describe Talcott Parsons viewpoint on social stratification.

सामाजिक स्तरीकरण पर टालकोट पार्सन्स के दृष्टिकोण की विवेचना कीजिए|

5. Write the four essential elements of social action given by Kingsley Davis.

किंग्सले डेविस द्वारा प्रस्तुत सामाजिक क्रिया के चार आवश्यक तत्वों का उल्लेख कीजिए |

Section ‘C’

(Long Answer Questions) – (दीर्घ उत्तर वाले  प्रश्न)

Note: Answer any one question. You have to delimit your each answer maximum up to 800 words. Each question carries 08 marks.

6. Define social system. Explain the types of pattern variables described by parsons.

सामाजिक व्यवस्था को परिभाषित कीजिए| पार्सन्स द्वारा दिए गए प्रतिमान विकल्पों के प्रकारों का उल्लेख कीजिए|

7. Discuss the different basis of social stratification.

सामाजिक स्तरीकरण के विभिन्न आधारों के विवेचना कीजिए|
