Lakshmi, 1954; 3 s. and 1 d.; Agriculturist; previously associated with Socialist Party, Praja Socialist Party, Indian National Congress and Janata Patty; participated in freedom struggle in Hyderabad State; Chairman, (i) State PSP, 1952-56 (ii) Chairman, APSSIDC Ltd., 1968-73; Director, NSIC, New Delhi, 1970-72 and Director and Chairman of several Government and Joint Venture Companies; Member, (i) First Lok Sabha, 1952-57 (ii) Andhra Pradesh Legislative Assembly, 1962-67.
