Shrimati Bibha Goswami, February 4, 1964; 1 s. and 1 d.; Advocate; Assistant Secretary of All India Democratic Lawyers Association since 1969; Member, Governing Body All Assam Lawyers’ Association, 1964-68; held important offices in various sports and cultural organisations of the State of Assam.
