College, Lahore, D.M. College, Moga, Government College, Ludhiana, and Punjab University Camp College, New Delhi; m. Shrimati Nirmul Devgun, September 30, 1946; 2 d.; Businessman; was on the editorial staff of Daily ‘Pratap’ (Urdu) and later became the News Editor of Daily ‘Vir Arjun’ (Hindi), New Delhi; associated with the Hindu Mahasabha from 1945 to 1958; Secretary, All India Hindu Mahasabha from 1952 to 1957; President, Bharatiya Jan Sangh, Delhi State, since 1963; Member, Interim Metropolitan Council of Delhi from October, 1966 to March, 1967.
