Bhanwari Devi, May 1954; 6 s. and 3 d.; Agriculturist and political and social worker engaged in mining; held various offices in (i) Gram Panchayat, (ii) Mazdoor Sangh, (iii) Manganese Mazdoor Union and (iv) Bidi Mazdoor Sangh; Member, Madhya Pradesh Legislative Assembly, 1969-72 and of various Committees of the Legislative Assembly.
Social activities: Trade Union activities, Welfare of Harijans, Adivasis and Backward classes. Favourite Pastime and recreation: Gardening, Agronomy and Paddy cultivation.
