Former Ruler of Ladakh, late Raja Kunzang Namgial, July 10, 1950; 2 s. and 2 d.; was Chairman, Social Welfare Women’s Wing, Ladakh Dis.

Social activities: Social trict for four years, welfare work in Ladakh; fight against the age-old evil social customs and emancipation of women in Ladakh.

Favourite pastime and recreation: Hosekeeping, gardening; witnessing Polo, Football and other outduor games.

Special interests: Uplift of women.
