NATIONAL BOARD OF HIGHER MATHEMATICS
National Board of Higher Mathematics was setup by Government of India under the development of Department of Atomic Energy. The main mission is to develop and research in various areas of Mathematics. Many researches in Mathematics were done by great scholars in India, so development in Mathematics is must. The board was established in the year 1983.It has six sub-committees. They are Research Programme Committee, Mathematics Olympiad Programme Committee, The University Programme Committee, Nurture Programme Committee, Examination Committee and Library Grants Committee. The decisions about the board are done by Committees. The NBHM offers Scholarships for Researches in Mathematics, Postdoctoral Fellowships and PhD in Mathematics.
