Indraprastha University Common Entrance Examination is conducted by Guru Gobind Singh University for admission of Engineering courses in the University and to some affiliated colleges under this University. The University was established in the year 1999 and it has been accredited by NAAC with ‘A’ grade .It is located at Delhi spreading over 16 acres of its campus. The right to conduct and cancel the Common Entrance Exam is been reserved by Indraprastha University .The Entrance Exam conducted for various Engineering courses for the University are as follows

Indraprastha University Entrance Exam Eligibility Criteria
Candidates must have completed their 10th and 12th with minimum aggregate of 55% in Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics from a recognized Board/Institution with pattern of CBSE or any equivalent Board. Candidate must have passed English as their main subject and a pass percentage in all subjects separately
Candidates who have completed their three years diploma course with minimum of 60% marks from recognized University/Institution
For M.Tech programmes, candidate who have passed GATE with a score required by the institution are eligible or must attend Common Entrance Test conducted by the University
Candidate must be less than 21 years

Questions will be framed based on the following subjects namely

Chemistry
Mathematics
Biology
Indraprastha University Exam Pattern
The exam paper consists of multiple choice questions from Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics
The answers must be mentioned in OMR sheet
There is negative marking for each wrong answer
The time duration for the exam is two and half hours
One mark is reduced for wrong answer
Indraprastha University Counselling Procedure
Selected candidates will be called for counseling process. Original Documents along with photocopies required for counseling process are

Click on online application
Fill all the mandatory details
Upload the photo and signature of the applicant
Select the test centre
Pay the exam fees of Rupees 1000/- either through Credit card/Debit card or Net banking
Check for any errors
If any correction of errors,candidate must submit the appropriate application form with extra processing fees of Rupees 500/- to

Download the two copies of admit card from the official website. One for Invigilator and another for student and attach passport size photo along with the admit card
Change in test centre is not encouraged
