NEST 2017: Exam Pattern
There are 5 sections (MCQ) in NEST 2017 Exam
Section 1:
General Section: 30 Marks
Negative Marks: No Negative Mark
Section 2:
Biology: 50 Marks
Negative Marks: Negative Marks for some Questions
Section 3:
Chemistry: 50 Marks
Negative Marks: Negative Marks for some Questions
Section 4:
Mathematics: 50 Marks
Negative Marks: Negative Marks for some Questions
Section 5:
Physics: 50 Marks
Negative Marks: Negative Marks for some Questions
● Language of the question paper will be English only
● For some questions there will be one or more correct answers
● Marks can only be earned by marking all correct answers and no wrong answer
● All questions are of objective type and there are 4 choices to each question
NEST-2017 will be of total 3-hours duration (without break).
