PART – I
SECTION – A

- Define Social Work Administration.
- Enumerate the Records every Social Welfare Agency must maintain regulate and preserve.
- What is a “Budget”? Give four reasons why “Fund Raising” for a Social Welfare Agency is difficult.
- Give four reasons why Public Relations is important for a Social Welfare Agency.
- Give any four objectives of the Central Social Welfare Board.

- Discuss the various types of Organizational Structure. Which type is most suitable for a Social Welfare Agency; give reasons for this.
- Discuss the various aspects of Personnel Administration in a Social Welfare Agency.
- What is a “Voluntary Organization”. Give the procedure for Registering a Voluntary Agency under the Societies Registration Act. Give two advantages and two disadvantages of a Voluntary Agency.

- What are the functions of the Chief Executive of a Social Welfare Agency? Write an Evaluation of your Field Work Agency. Suggest measures to improve the functioning of your Field Work Agency.

- Describe the legal provisions aimed at safeguarding the rights of the SC/ST in our society.
- Explain the reforms needed in the provisions and implementation of legislations related to children.
