PRACTICE AT THE BAR : Started practicing as an Advocate from November 1989 in Bombay High Court Bench At Aurangabad.

APPOINTMENT AS AGP / APP : Appointed as an Assistant Govt. Pleader / Additional Public Prosecutor in the office of the Government Pleader, High Court, in November 1995 by the Government of Maharashtra.

APPOINTMENT AS ADDL.GOVT. ADVOCATE IN THE OFFICE OF THE GOVT. ADVOCATE, NEW DELHI. : By order dated 29th Oct. 997 appointed as Additional Government Advocate in the office of the Government Advocate Maharashtra Sadan, Copernicus Sadan, Copernicus Marg, New Delhi for entire of state of Maharashtra in the Supreme Court of India, in ‘B’ Panel. In January 2000 appointed as ‘A’ Panel Counsel.

APPOINTMENT AS IN-CHARGE GOVT. ADVOCATE : Since 16th May 2002 appointed as in-charge Govt. Advocate for entire litigation of state of Maharashtra and entrusted with all administrative work as well as entire Supreme Court litigation at New Delhi for the State of Maharashtra.

TOTAL WORKING EXPERIENCE : Since enrolment handled Private/litigation till Nov. 1995. After appointment as AGP/APP in the High Court handled hundreds of all types of cases. As a receipt of good work done in the High Court, the Government of Maharashtra appointed as Addl. Govt. Advocate for its entire litigation in the Supreme Court of India in November 1997. Handled thousands of cases including Special Leave Petitions, Civil Appeals/Criminal Appeals, Writ Petitions, Public Interest Litigations and Trasfer Petitions etc

Appearance in 180 reported Judgments in SSC judgments in SCC till date.

In the Capacity as In-charge Government Advocate worked from 16th May 2002 and handled administration of office and entire litigation of State Of Maharashtra in the Supreme Court of India till the date of elevation as Judge, High Court Of Judicature at Bombay.
