Actively associated with more than 50 educational institutions where more than 1.5 lakh students were enrolled. In 2002, and also started a talent and search scheme to search the talented students and these students are awarded by cash prize; Started Sports Academies in Wrestling, Cricket, Badminton etc. to promote the sports in the country. A large number of sportsperson are being trained in these Academies and some of them brought laurels for the country; also actively involved in plantation of more than 5 lakh trees.
