- Comment on the changing leadership styles to suit the modern management patterns.
- Explain the characteristics of a good system of communication.
- ‘If you want to control everything, you may end up by controlling nothing’. Comment on this statement by defining the critical areas of control.
- Explain French & Raven’s classification of power.
- Prepare a list of qualities, nature, culture or other characteristics that makes a group. Generate an argument on how a ‘group’ should lead to a ‘Team’ for greater effectiveness.
- What are the key signs of ‘Stress’ in a Manager, and how do you handle them? What organizational interventions help prevent or cure stress at work?
- Critically evaluate Henry Mintzberg’s comment or ‘Roles of managers’. Suggest improvements / changes in them to suit modern work life situation in India.
