Justice B. Kemal Pasha
Born on 25.05.1956 at Anchal Village in Kollam district. Studied in Govt. U.P School Vadamon, Govt. High School Anchal, Graduation at St.John’s College Anchal, LLB at Govt. Law College, Thiruvanathapuram and LLM at MG University, Kottayam.
Enrolled as an Advocate on 16-12-1979. Started practice in the year 1979 at Kollam. Appointed as Second Additional District and Sessions Judge, Ernakulam in 1995. Served as District and Sessions Judge Thiruvanathapuram, Served as Additional District and Sessions Judge, Kozhikode, Served as Special judge (SPE/CBI) at Ernakulam, Served as Additional District and Sessions Judge, Kottayam, Served as Principal District and Sessions Judge, Thrissur, Served as Principal District and Sessions Judge and STAT, Ernakulam. Appointed as Registrar General of High Court of Kerala on 19/03/2012.
Sworn-in as Additional Judge of the High Court of Kerala on 28thJanuary, 2013
Appointed as Permanent Judge of the High Court of Kerala with effect from 30-06-2014.
