Hon’ble Mr. Justice Dr. Shekher Dhawan
Born on 05 December, 1957 at Jallalabad, District Ferozepur, Punjab. He completed his education upto B.Com level from Ferozepur and LLB and Ph.D. (in laws) from Panjab University, Chandigarh. He remained posted as Chief Judicial Magistate, Chandigarh from 1993-1996; Member Secretary, Haryana State Legal Services Authority from 2003-2007. He became District and Sessions Judge in February, 2008 and worked in various capacities as District & Sessions Judge, Ambala; District & Sessions Judge, Gurgaon; Director (Administration), Chandigarh Judicial Academy and Registrar (Vigilance), Punjab and Haryana High Court. Sworn in as Additional Judge of Punjab & Haryana High Court on September 25, 2014.
