| Mr. Justice Jyoti Saran was born on August 19, 1957. He did his Graduation from Delhi University and L.L.B from Patna University. He was enrolled at the Bihar State Bar Council 05 September 1986 and practiced in the Patna High Court primarily on the Constitutional side involving service matters, tax, excise and other commercial matters with experiences on the Civil & Criminal side also. Apart from representing the cause of Individuals Justice Saran was conducting cases for the Sugar Factories of the State, the distilleries, Proctor & Gamble Hygiene & Healthcare Ltd, Exide Industries Ltd, The Searchlight Publishing House, Rajendra Agriculture University, Pusa, RITES Ltd. (Rail India Technical and Economic Services), B. H. E. L (Bharat Heavy Electrical Ltd. He had also appeared on behalf of the Cabinet (Vigilance) Deptt. Govt.of Bihar as additional public Prosecutor. He was elevated to the Bench of Patna High Court on 13th June, 2009 as an Additional Judge.. | ||
