| Hon’ble Mr. Justice Rakesh Kumar, B. Com (Hons.), LLB., was born on 1st January, 1959. He was enrolled as an Advocate on 8th March, 1983. He practiced in the Patna High Court for about 26 years on criminal and constitutional side. He defended the cases of C.B.I. in the capacity of standing Counsel (C.B.I) for about 12 years. He was Government Advocate, Government of Bihar in Patna High Court, Incharge Special P.P., State Vigilance Cabinet and also conducted trials in the capacity of Special P.P. (C.B.I.) and State. He was Additional Standing Counsel for Government of India, Advocate for Accountant General, B.S.N.L. and Panel Advocate of Patna High Court. He was appointed as an additional Judge of the Patna High Court on 25th December, 2009 and took oath as a Permanent Judge on 24th, October 2011. | ||
