Shri Ajit Singh, Chief Justice
Born on September 6, 1956. Enrolled as Advocate on October 18, 1979. Practiced on Civil, Criminal and Constitutional sides in the High Court of Madhya Pradesh at Jabalpur. Appointed as Additional Judge of the High Court of Madhya Pradesh on April 1, 2002 and Permanent Judge on March 21, 2003. Transferred to Rajasthan High Court and took oath as Judge, Rajasthan High Court on March 19th, 2015.
Appointed as Chief Justice of the Gauhati High Court on March 5, 2016.
