Born on 17th May 1959. Completed schooling from Holy Cross Convent High School Akola. Completed graduation(B.Sc.) from R.L.T. College of Science, Akola and Law from the then Sitabai Arts College Akola.

Enrolled as an Advocate with the Bar Council of Maharashtra and Goa on 15th January 1985. Started practice at District Court Akola with father Mohd. Azizul Haq. Shifted to Nagpur on 3rd December 1985 and joined office of Shri J.N. Chandurkar Advocate.

Has represnted Union of India as Additional Standing Counsel. Has represented Government of Maharashtra as ‘A’ Panel Counsel.

Elevated as Additional Judge of the Bombay High Court on 21st June 2013
