Director, Land Development Bank, Hindaun, 1986;staged a demonstration and Jail Bharo Andolan alongwith thousands of workers of Asia`s biggest cement factory; Jaipur Udyog Ltd., Sawai Madhopur and faced barbaric lathicharge by the police; got wounded seriously and suffered paralytic strokes during month-long custody;led a 15 day `Padyatra` in the ravine areas alongwith thousands of people to eradicate terror spread by notorious Dacoit Bhagwan Singh and others and succeeded in his endeavour; started a large scale labour movement against the mining-mafias of Dhaulpur Badi with the slogan`Mine to the Miner`and as a result thereof around 60,000 labourers got employment;arrested at Ayodhya for the cause of Ram Mandir; went to Tihar Jail during BJP`s `Ekta yatra and serveral times for public cause in Rajasthan and faced 56 cases, but never retreated; organised (i) many social movements to eradicate social evils like, dowry, child marriage, bigamy.`Mrityubhoj` alcohol additction, women trafficking etc;staged a three-day dharana alongwith large number of people in Churiyawas incident at Dausa, Which resulted in release of social reformers from the jails; and (ii) several movements against atrocities on women and Dalits and also for the sake of justice to the needy; and worked towards proposal of two multi-crore mega irrigation projects for a `Green Rajasthan State` namely, Indira Gandhi Lift Irrigation Project on Chambai River and Rahughat Power Project, which are currently pending for clearance. (iii) March to Jaipur `Jaipur Kooch` along with 50 thousand public of eastern Rajasthan to provide water of river Yamuna & Chambal for Distt. Dausa, Sawaimadhopur, Karauli, Alwar, Bharatpur, Dholpur and Jaipur rural etc. including Tonk area; (iv) Dharna was conducted in front of CM Residence, civil lines, Jaipur , Rajasthan for atrocities done against Dalits, Mahila & down Trodden classes in state of Rajasthan for which I was arrested & put behind the bar in Ajmer jail; (v) The tribal`s of south part (Udaipur, Dungarpur, Bansawara, Chittorghar & Sirohi) of the state of Rajasthan are passing through crucial stage, they are hungry, not getting P.D.S grain, NREGA Work etc. & about 33 persons died due to hunger & malnutrition. For this the agitation was done for several days in tribal area & big dharna at Udaipur to get Job & Roti. The state Government took several necessary steps for the welfare of tribal`s. after day long public supported movement

* To meet the ever growing need of housing facility of police personnel, Police Housing Scheme was accelerated and Police Housing Corporation was created
* Police Commissionerate System was Introduced for the first time in Rajasthan in Jaipur & Jodhpur. Separate wings of law-order & investigation were introduced which resulted in greater police efficiency and better crime control.
* Village Guard System was introduced for better co-ordination with public and improving information system in rural areas
* Crime against Weaker sections, women & children was monitored and separate cell under an Addl. Director General of Police was constituted
* Last assignment was Secretary (Security) Cabinet Secretariat in Govt. of India. This is the most sensitive assignment to counter threats to VVIP and ensuring safely and security besides picking up right person for right duty
