  2.  Define the term “Factory” as per the Factories Act 1947?
  3.  Define “wage” as per the Payment of Wages Act 1936?

  2. Substantiate with example your views on the roles and functions of Trade Unions                         vis- a- vis that of HR professionals for promoting industrial harmony ?
  3.  Explain the progressive evolution of the concept of wages in India?
  4.  Explain with an example on the procedure for the calculation of Bonus and the                           Obligations on the employer as per the payment of Bonus Act 1965?
  5. Critically analyze the status and functions of Labour Welfare Officer .
