- Discuss the difficulties and limitations faced by medical social workers in the field? Suggest suitable measures to overcome these problems.

- “Medical Social Work training needs to be revised & restructured. The trainee has to be exposed to more intensive and systematic training in a clinical setting. The field work curriculum needs to the evaluated and strengthened.” Discuss this statement in the light of your fieldwork training. Suggest practical ways to improve your fieldwork training in the medical setting.
