| He was born on 20.02.1966 (Twentieth February Nineteen sixty six). He is practicing in the High Court of Madhya Pradesh for the last 27 years 7 months. He was enrolled as an Advocate-on .04.07.1988 on the rolls of State Bar Council of M.P. His father late Shri Man Mohan Singh, 1.0.F.S., retired from the post of Assistant Works Manager, Ordnance Clothing Factory, Shahjahanpur (U.P.). His mother Smt. Swaranjeet Kaur is a housewife. His wife Smt. Bhupinder Kaur is a housewife. His son Master Yashpal Ahluwalia is studying in Class12th and he represented State of M.P. in 59th National 10 M Pistol Shooting Junior. Shri Gurpal Singh Ahluwalia has appeared before Hon’ble Supreme Court, High Court of Madhya Pradesh, Jabalpur, High Court of Mumbai, High Court of Gujarat, High Court of Punjab and Haryana, High Court of Chhatisgarh, “State Administrative Tribunal, Jabalpur, Central Admtnistrative Tribunal, Jabalpur, Debts Recovery Appellate Tribunal, Allaha bad, Debts Recovery Tribunal, Jabalpur. He conducts trials under Prevention of Corruption Act and murder in different Trial Courts in State of Madhya Pradesh. Shri G. S.Ahluwalia was elected as Executive Member in the Madhya Pradesh High Court Bar Association JOalpur for the period 1994-1995. He worked as State Panel Lawyer from December 1994 till February, 1996. He has worked as Deputy Government Advocate from March 1996 till February 1997. He was Government Advocate from March 1999 till June 2003. He was Deputy Advocate • General from June 2003 to February 2004. He was • Standing Counsel for Lokayukt Organization, S.P.E. from 2006 till July 2009. He • had been a Special Public Prosecutor for CID Nagpur in the year 1997 for representing State of Maharashtra before Hon’ble High Court. Shri G. S.Ahluwalia is at present also working as Chief Editor ILR in the night, Court of Madhya Pradesh at Jabalpur.
