National Bal Swachhta Mission
Launched: 14 November 2014
Main Objective: To provide hygienic and clean environment, food, drinking water, toilets, schools
and other surroundings to the children.
The Bal Swachhta Mission is a part of the nationwide sanitation initiative of ‘Swachh Bharat Mission’
launched by the Prime Minister on 2nd October, 2014.
