2. Read the following passage and answer the questions that follow –

The Taj Mahal is situated on the banks of Yamuna about six kilometers away from the city of Agra. It is one the most famous buildings in the world. Its beauty attracts thousands of travelers to our country. They come every year from all parts of the world to visit Agra and see the Taj, People plan their visit in such a way that they must be in Agra on full moon day. Under the clear cloudless sky, in the light of full moon, the Taj has a beauty that no one can forget and the still water of the pool before it, reflects building and adds to its beauty. Emperor Shah Jahan, the grandson of Akbar built the Taj. He built it in the loving memory of his queen Mumtaz Mahal. The building stands upon a large quadrangle. River Yamuna flows on one of its sides. On the other three sides there are high walls of red stone. Two exactly alike mosques face each other. The quadrangle is nine hundred and sixty feet long and three hundred and twenty nine feet wide. A large minar stands on each corner of the quadrangle. There are many flower plants and shady trees all around. There are many shops near the  Taj. One can see many marble models of the Taj and beautiful articles of handicraft in these shops.
