8. Examine sampling as a tool of data collection. Explain its types and use.
9. Evaluate the methods of observation as a research tool.
10. Explain the purpose of questionnaire, its construction and its limitations.
11. What are the steps in research design?
12. State the source and uses of hypothesis.
13. “A good researcher tactfully avoids the danger of research”-what are they?
14. Provide a plan for any research study to be undertaken.

15. What is the rationale on purposive research design? Bring out the relevance and importance in modern research.
16. Explain in detail the case study method as a relevant tool in economic and social research.
17. Mention and explain the components of research report. In the process of writing a research report how would you use these components?
