- What is meant by ‘Labour Legislation’?
- State any two differences between Conventions and Recommendations.
- Define “Factory” according to the Factories Act, 1948.
- Expand the following: a. PSU STPI
- Who is a Contract Labour?
- List out any two criteria for the fixation of Fair Wage.
- How can Disablement be classified?
- Differentiate between ‘Lock Out’ and ‘Closure’.
- Who is called a ‘Protected Workman’?
- Mention the contributions made by the Employer and the Employee to the Tamil Nadu Labour Welfare Fund.

- Briefly explain the process of Registration of Trade Unions.
