BANARAS HINDU UNIVERSITY
Banaras Hindu University is also known as Central Hindu University. It is one of the residential University in Asia with 20,000 students .The campus is located in Varanasi, Uttar Pradesh and which is spread over an area of 1500 acres of land. It was established in the year 1916 by Pandit Madan Mohan Malaviya. The south campus is spread over 2,700 acres in Mirzapur about 60 km from Varanasi. The engineering Institute is designated as IIT in the year June 2012.The facilitie of the University are Wi-Fi Campus, library, Residential hostels, Bharaat kala bhawan (a museum of fine arts and artifacts).The south Campus mainly focus on the agricultural research area. The Chancellor of the University is Karan Singh. The vice chancellor is Profesor G.C.Tripathi.

ENTRANCE EXAMINATION
Entrance Examination for Under Graduate and Post Graduate are conducted through the entrance exam conducted by the university. The admission is done through the entrance exam and eligible candidates are selected.
Admission for the B.Tech, M.Tech, B.Pharm/M.Pharm are done through the marks obtained in JEE and GATE examinations
Admission for MBA and MIBA are done through the marks obtained in IIM-CAT exam.
Admission for PhD are done through the score obtained in CRET exam
Admission for medical exams are done through the PMT exam
