Shri Sharad Jain is active in politics through Vidyarthi Parishad since year 1973. He went to jail due to several agitations and was detained under MISA during Emergency. He held various posts in District Bharatiya Janata Party. Shri Jain was Director of Jabalpur Nagrik Sahkari Bank, President of Jain Navyuvak Sabha and is associated with Bamchak Kala Kendra. Shri Arya was elected to 11th Vidhan Sabha in 1998. He served in some committees of Vidhan Sabha. He became a member of Bharatiya Janata Yuva Morcha’s District President since year 2002 and President of Bharatiya Janata Party’s Bhind District President from June 2005. He was also appointed member of Madhya Pradesh De-addiction Board, Panch-Ja Committee (Minister of State status) and Jan Bhagidari Samiti of Maharishi Arvind College, Gohad. Shri Arya was also a member of committee for salary and allowances of former Members of Vidhan Sabha and Orient Paper Mill Amaltai Enquiry Committee. Shri Lal Singh Arya was elected for the 14th Vidhan Sabha in year 2013 from Gohad constituency in Bhind district. He took oath as a Minister of State in Chief Minister Shri Shivraj Singh Chouhan’s Council of Ministers on December 21, 2013.

Shri Bhupendra Singh was President of Nagar Sudhar Nyas, Sagar during 1991-93. He was State Vice-President of Bharatiya Janata Party in 1993. Shri Singh was elected to 10th Vidhan Sabha in year 1993. He was also a member of Bharatiya Janata Party’s State Working Committee in 1997.

Shri Bhupendra Singh was elected to Lok Sabha from Sagar in year 2009. Shri Singh was elected to 14th Vidhan Sabha from Khurai Vidhan Sabha constituency in Sagar district in December 2013.
