About Barnala District :

Barnala is one of the districts of the state of Punjab. Barnala was earlier a part of Sangrur district, but now Barnala is a separate district. Barnala is located in the central part of Punjab, which is adjacent to the north direction of Ludhiana, northwest to Moga, Bathinda from the west and Sangrur district by the rest of the directions. According to Sensex 2011, the population of District Barnala is 5,96,294. There are enough schools and colleges to provide education in the engineering, arts, medical and commerce sectors in Barnala district. Barnala is also a famous district in the industrial area. Here are two specialized industrial organizations Trident Group, which are famous for exporting towels abroad and for making standard combine combines.
