Enrolled as an Advocate of the Calcutta High Court on April 17, 1989. Practised primarily on the Constitutional and Civil sides with emphasis on Service and Arbitration matters in the High Court at Calcutta as well as other High Courts, the Supreme Court of India and the Central and State Administrative Tribunals. Obtained Diploma in Cyber Law. Was Associate Editor of the Calcutta High Court Notes. Appointed as Senior State Government Advocate; Counsel for Calcutta High Court; Counsel, Eastern Railway, Metro Railway and Damodar Valley Corporation. Appointed as Additional Judge of the Calcutta High Court on October 30, 2013.

Appointed as Permanent Judge of the Calcutta High Court on 14.03.2016.

Sahidullah Munshi

B.Sc., LL.B.Born on September 29, 1958. Was enrolled as an Advocate on June 2, 1986, and practised in the High Court at Calcutta for 27 years in Civil, Constitutional, Service and Criminal laws. Specialised in Muslim and Wakf laws. Was elevated to the Bench of the High Court at Calcutta as an Additional Judge on October 30, 2013.

Appointed as Permanent Judge of the Calcutta High Court on 14.03.2016

 

Samapti Chatterjee

Born on December 13, 1958, in a family of lawyers. Passed B.A. from Gokhale Memorial College and LL.B. from Calcutta University. Was enrolled as an Advocate on August 8, 1985, and practised in the High Court at Calcutta for 26 years. Also appeared before the Supreme Court of India, the High Court at Patna and the West Bengal State Administrative Tribunal very frequently. Practised in Civil, Criminal, Constitutional, Company, Labour, Arbitration and Service laws, but specialised in Service Law and Constitutional matters. Was elevated to the Bench of the High Court at Calcutta as an Additional Judge on October 30, 2013.

Appointed as Permanent Judge of the Calcutta High Court on 14.03.2016.

How to Apply for JIPMER

The process and information is giving for a Under Graduate Candidate that How to Apply for JIPMER.

Applying for JIPMER is basically depends on both online & offline process.

Offline Process:

The prospectus with the application forms can be obtained against only cash payment of required amount from State bank of India, JIPMER Campus, Puducherry-605006, on all working days following the advertisement. State Bank of India, JIPMER Campus at JIPMER is the only branch where the applictions are sold against cash payment.

The prospectus and application forms can also be had from professor (Academic), JIPMER  Puducherry – 605006 through postal requests, accompanied by a M.I.C.R  bank draft of required amount drawn in favour of “Accounts Officer, JIPMER” payable at any Nationalized Banks in Puducherry / Union Territory of Puducherry. 13*7 cm self addressed label must accompany the postal request for correct delivery of the application form.

Online Process:

JIPMER MBBS application can be submitted by online process (Internet based) by accessing the website:www.jipmer.edu.in link.

The candidate should first pay the non-refundable application fee of required amount by obtaining a Demand Draft, as the draft details are required while filling up on-line form.

Candidates are required to take a print of single on-line application form after successful submission of data. The Printed form with the requisite signatures ,photograph,attestations,left thumb print of applicant and the demand draft must be sent by speed post so as to reach the Proffessor(Academic),JIPMER , Puducherry-605006 by prescribed date.
